The research team of Canada came to the conclusion that stress coupled with birthdays, augments the risk of heart attack in people prone to them. Birthdays may not be happy occasions for some people.
Dr. Gustavo Saposnik, of the University of Western Ontario in London is the leader of the research team. He specifies the stress related with birthdays increases the frequency of strokes by about 27 % over the expected incidence.
They studied all Ontario emergency departments, from April 2002 to March 2004 related to heart attacks, strokes caused by blood clots and mini-strokes.
They found that 87 people suffered a stroke on their birthday. There were 97 birthday-related heart attacks compared with an expected number of 80. Further, there were 58 birthday-related mini-strokes as compared with an expected 44.

Rugby players spend a lot of time physical training Compared to other form of sports.I have read the
Rugby laws mentioned on this site. It’s a gripping sport which targets the grip strength and the active mindedness of a player. American football and rugby league are also primarily collision sports, but their tackles tend to terminate much more quickly. For professional rugby, players are often chosen on the basis of their size and apparent strength and they develop the skill and power over the passage of time. In modern rugby considerable attention is given to fitness and aerobic conditioning as well as basic weight training.
