Kidney Health Australia has started a nationwide drive to curb the mounting problems of kidney disease. The agency has called on an education campaign to make people aware about the benefits of drinking water. They say to avoid soft drinks to stay away from the kidney disease, obesity, heart problems and diabetes.
About forty percent of Australians are at risk of kidney disease. The campaign coincidently has started during Kidney Awareness Month. Water for health message now is going to the schools and other educational institutions as a national agenda.
